This is the second time I've tried to contact you I received two of your products in the mail and I was simply told to return one in the box which I did and it cost me $12.75 I hope I can get that money returned to me but I don't want to send the other one via the mail and pay another $12.75. I called to cancel the purchase and was told it would take a short time for my refund. It has been over a month and I have no return ups return label.
